The Institute for Precision Health (IPH) Pilot Studies award is designed to support multidisciplinary research projects that address clinical and research needs using data, machine learning and artificial intelligence. Award winners focus on improving human health and well-being; and fostering advances in personalized health and patient-specific care through precision health.
These pilot awards were made possible by generous support from the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Health Affairs, the School of Medicine, UCI Health and the Office of Research. Pilot review, selection and oversight have been facilitated by the experience and skill of the UCI Institute for Clinical and Translational Sciences, our NIH Clinical and Translational Science Awards (CTSA) program.
